How long will it take for me to receive my order?

We offer standard and expedite shipping services in the US. Standard shipping orders will arrive within 4-7 business days depending on the destination. Expedite shipping orders will arrive with in 2-3 business days. We usually ship the orders outside the US by DHL and UPS. Import duties and sales taxes may be required depending on the country of delivery. Read our Shipping policy for details.

Do JKSafety ship internationally?

Please make sure that you follow below steps:

Yes, we ship internationally. International shipping is only available for orders above $199. Additional shipping fees may apply depending on your location. Read our Shipping policy for details.

How do I make a return?

JKSafety will take responsibility for any manufacturing defects within 30 calendar days after your order has been delivered. And if you purchase an item that isn't what you had in mind at the time of order, you may return it within 30 days. The item must be undamaged and in its original condition. How can I cancel an order?

You can cancel your order by logging into your online account. You can also contact our Customer Service Representatives by emailing info@jksafety.com. You must cancel your order before it is shipped. Otherwise, you will need to wait until you receive the item. Follow the return procedure.

Do you offer wholesale accounts?

Yes, we do offer. Please contact us for the discount. And be aware, however, that if you take advantage of wholesale pricing, it will disqualify you from most of other promotions we may be running at the time.
