Your order may ship from the US, UK, or Hong Kong, depending on the equipment purchased and your country of delivery. The specific delivery date will depend on the dispatch country and your delivery address. Custom printing orders are excluded from free shipping promotions and standard shipping policies.

For United States customers, we offer Standard Delivery and Expedited Delivery services. Standard orders ship within two business days, while Expedited orders ship within one business day.

Warehouse Transfer Shipping
Some items are stored in our partner or secondary warehouses. We’ll transfer them before shipping, giving you access to more products. This may take a little longer than Standard Delivery and will be shown at checkout if applicable.

Rest of World
We only ship orders totaling $500 or more internationally, using a standard free ship. Import duties and sales taxes may be required depending on the delivery country. How do I track my order?
We will send you the tracking number once the packages are received by the fulfillment center.
