For United States customers, we offer Standard Delivery and Expedited Delivery services.

Some items are stored in our partner or secondary warehouses. We’ll transfer them before shipping, giving you access to more products. This may take a little longer than Standard Delivery and will be shown at checkout if applicable.

We offer free international shipping on orders of $500 or more. Import duties may be required depending on the delivery country. These taxes are not included in the price and will be collected by the carrier before parcel delivery. For precise tax information, please refer to local government policies.

We will send you the tracking number once the packages are received by the fulfillment center.

We will take responsibility for any manufacturing defects within 30 calendar days after your order has been delivered. It is important to inspect the package after receiving and report to us if any physical damage or manufacturing defects have found. All you need to do is follow the instructions below, you can submit the information at request a refund or send it by email to info@jksafety.com. One of our colleagues will reply to you within the next 24 hours.

1. Visual proof materials (in JPG / PNG format) will be required for visual inspection before the exchange process can begin. This information will help us identify any production mishandling that may have occurred.
2. After completing the visual inspection, we may ask buyers to return the original item to the fulfillment center.
3. We will issue a new replacement and deliver it to the original shipping address. Please allow a few days for the replacement to arrive.
