JKSafety will take responsibility for any manufacturing defects within 30 calendar days after your order has been delivered. It is important to inspect the package after receiving and report to us if any physical damage or manufacturing defects have found. One of our colleagues will reply to you within the next 24 hours.
Guideline for Exchange
- Visual proof materials (JPG / PNG format) will be required for visual inspection before the exchange will initiate. This information will help us to identify any production mishandling that went unnoticed.
- After completing the visual inspection, we may ask the Buyers to return the original item to the fulfillment center.
- JKSafety will issue a new replacement and deliver it to the original shipping address. It will take a few days before the replacement shows up at your door.

We live in the country and work outside daily, I got this coat for my oldest son and plan to get our other son and my husband one as well. This coat is perfect for those cold winter months, and they will not damage their nice out to town coats. The coat has visibility strips which provides safety, has plenty of pockets and fits my son perfectly. Its comfy, not over bulky but provides the warmth of over bulky coats. Feels durable and i have high hopes this will last a couple of years as a work coat

I needed a Hi-Vis jacket for the rainy months coming and this popped up at the perfect time. Pockets are all pretty decent size. Fit is perfect and exactly the size I expected it to be, didn't run too big or too small. Reflective material is very reflective. The hideaway hood behind the neck is nice for rain and stows easily. Retains heat VERY well all while breathing decently, which is nice. Not really much to complain about, its a high quality coat, does exactly what you want, and its comfortable, too. Would buy again.

The best thing I can say about this jacket is the sizing. So most of these jackets made overseas greatly overstate their sizing. Like a 3x is really only like a large for jackets here in the states. With that in mind, I ordered the 5x jacket. Now I am a big guy, 6'2 around 300lbs and I have to say this 5x is TRULY a 5x! I am kind of swimming around in this jacket! So if you are a bigger guy, you can feel confident the 3x - 5x sizing is actually really accurate! I know another reviewer said it ran small but that was not my experience, at least with the larger sizes.
Quality wise the jacket is pretty nice. I don't know what exactly "high-resistance Oxford fabric" is, but it's a nice vinyl and PU leather jacket. There is a good amount of stuffing inside it so it is quite warm. Certainly a winter coat. The colors are bright an vibrant so people will definitely see you in this jacket.
All in all I am quite pleased!

I got this for work and winder recreation. Call me crazy but I do not trust the distracted drivers that populate the roads these days. Combine that with slippery winter conditions and I want all the visibilty I can get. This jacket has a rugged, heavy duty feel to it. The hand pockets do not zip. But there are breast pockets inside and out for items you want to keep track of. The main zipper is heavy weight, with a rain flap to keep the moisture on the outside. I've gotten this in early fall so no real cold weather wear yet. However the warmth I feel when I put it on makes me confident that singly or in layers this jacket will keep me warm. There is also a hood that tucks in nicely to a neck pocket. I'm not a huge fan of winter these days. But I have no concerns about being seen doing the activities I need to in this great coat. Very satisfied!

Got this for the winter time for my husband and the quality of this jacket is amazing and worth every penny. Husband love it too just has been able to use it yet.

While I haven't had a chance yet this year to wear this in any actual situation, I can say from test fitting and wearing it, that it is very comfortable and fits great. Feels like it will be plenty warm, and looks very nice. Generally I only wear jackets in the winter if it's below 0F, but I do also do snow removal for work sometimes, so this will be nice to have if I have to do any work in the cold. Overall, I'm quite happy with this jacket.
