For United States customers, we offer Standard Delivery and Expedited Delivery services. All regular retail orders fulfilled from our U.S. warehouse qualify for FREE Standard Delivery, with no minimum order amount.

Standard orders are typically dispatched within 2 business days, while Expedited orders are typically dispatched within 1 business day.

Some items are stored in our partner or secondary warehouses. If an item is unavailable in our U.S. warehouse, we may arrange fulfillment from another warehouse to provide access to a wider range of products.

A flat $20 warehouse transfer fee applies only once per order, regardless of the number of items requiring transfer. Applicable shipping charges will be displayed at checkout.

For destinations outside the United States, we accept orders totaling $500 or more and offer FREE Standard International Shipping on qualifying orders.

International delivery times vary depending on the destination, dispatch location, and customs processing. Import duties, VAT, and other applicable taxes or customs charges are not included in the product prices and are the customer's responsibility. Custom printing orders are excluded from standard retail shipping policies and free shipping promotions. Shipping fees and delivery timelines depend on the customization requirements, order details, and delivery destination.

We will take responsibility for any manufacturing defects within 30 calendar days after your order has been delivered. It is important to inspect your package upon delivery and report any physical damage or manufacturing defects to us. Please follow the instructions below to submit your request through our refund request portal or by email at info@jksafety.com. One of our team members will respond within 24 hours.

1. Visual proof materials (in JPG / PNG format) will be required for inspection before the exchange process can begin. This information will help us identify any manufacturing defects or production issues that may have occurred.
2. After completing the visual inspection, we may ask buyers to return the original item to our designated fulfillment center.
3. Once the exchange is approved, we will issue a new replacement and deliver it to the original shipping address. Please allow a few days for the replacement to arrive, depending on product availability and shipping arrangements.

If you wish to cancel your order due to a change of mind, please submit your cancellation request before your package has been dispatched. Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled directly. However, eligible return requests may still be processed in accordance with our return policy.
